Message the studio for current availability and help choosing or purchasing a session or voucher. You can also buy vouchers in the studio. After purchasing, reserve your visit separately through Viday.
Cancel at least 2 hours before your session starts. If you need help cancelling, contact the studio on WhatsApp.
If you do not notify us of your cancellation, the session is deducted from your voucher. Please cancel at least 2 hours before the start time.
No. Machine-treatment vouchers cover the specified Bodyshape, Infrashape or Rollshape sessions. Supervised classes and personal training are booked separately.
Yes. Validity depends on the voucher. Bodyshape and Rollshape vouchers are valid for 2 months for 5 sessions, 4 months for 10 sessions and 6 months for 20 sessions. The personal training and small-group 10-session vouchers shown above are valid for 4 months. Ask the studio about any voucher not listed here.
No. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. If you have any questions, please ask the studio.
No. The app is there to make booking easier. We can also book your sessions via WhatsApp, by phone or at the studio. If you cannot come, please let us know in advance.
Contact the studio if you need help using the app. If it is malfunctioning, try deleting and reinstalling it, and let us know so we can help.
Yes. Use the “Inquiries mailbox” section in the app to send a direct, private message to the studio with your questions or updates.
